Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist

BSc Neuroscience – 1st Class Honours

MSc Physiotherapy - Distinction

MCSP – Chartered Physiotherapist

MHCPC – Health Professionals Council

Ella is a physiotherapy graduate and sports massage therapist from the University of Roehampton.

Her first degree gave her the theoretical knowledge to understand how the mind drives movement and function in the body, as well as the mechanisms of pain. Her master’s in Physiotherapy has then enabled her to put this knowledge into practice and thereby make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Ella has a love for sport, having spent several years playing hockey, swimming and rowing during her youth. She has always been a recreational runner and a keen skier, but has recently found a new obsession in golf. Her diverse experience of sport has allowed her to appreciate different sporting demands and the importance of individualising rehab to be sport-specific.

She enjoys building relationships with her clients and believes in collaboratively setting goals specific to their needs, whether that is returning to sport or day-to-day activities, and striving to help clients recover from injury with the tools to prevent recurrence.
